Adrian While, sales manager at Drainstore.com has been a budding athlete since his early twenties and has recently stepped his interest in running up a gear by becoming involved in road races.
KSB sponsored Adrian in a recent 10k run in Derby where he was raising money for a local sports charity and the Bobby Moore Foundation for Bowel Cancer.
Adrian said: "The charities do some fantastic work and are a very popular choice. KSB heard about my race and sponsored me £100 towards my designated charities. It was a real surprise and the money has gone towards two very good causes."
Adrian has already set his sights on this year's Great North Run where he will be running 21k to raise money for Marie Currie Cancer Care. Not to be outdone, his 11 year old daughter also plans to enter the Junior Great North Run, a 3k fun race.
