PumpExpert - The multi-talented "brain" of your pump
PumpExpert combines three elementary functions. It is the first diagnostic system capable of issuing clear recommendations for action in the event of a disturbance or malfunction.
1. Monitoring PumpExpert scans, collates and summarizes all signals to present a clear overview of operational status information. It "keeps an eye" on all relevant measured variables and process data. PumpExpert issues clear status information for pumps, plant and processes, both locally and at control room level, and gives early warning of potential faults.
2. Diagnosis PumpExpert's preventive diagnosis detects impending damage well before it occurs. All measured values are scanned continuously, collated, analyzed to identify deviations and then summarized to a small number of relevant displays.
3. Recommendation for action PumpExpert clearly "tells" you what to do to remedy faults. As the world's first diagnostic system for centrifugal pumps of various types, PumpExpert both monitors and advises: if a fault is detected, recommendations for action are generated on the basis of the plant data analyzed.
