Hydraulics

Improved flow geometry reduces energy input

Drawing on decades of experience in hydraulics, our developers improve the design of our pumps and valves to optimize flow geometry and minimize energy input.

More and more customers take a holistic view of cost. They know that purchase price is only part of the story and will consider life cycle costs as a factor when making their investment decisions. Market-geared pumps use energy sparingly. With that in mind, we employ computer-aided simulation tools to gain detailed knowledge of the complex flow processes that take place inside a pump. The findings are used to improve the pump's hydraulic characteristics and operating performance.
