Our Annual General Meeting 2008 took place on 12 June 2008 at the CongressForum in Frankenthal (Pfalz). It was chaired by Dr. Hans-Joachim Jacob, the chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The chairman of the Board of Management, Dr. Wolfgang Schmitt, informed the shareholders about the economic development and the focal points for 2008 which shall lay the basis for further growth. Also the information panel in the lobby showing the current investment projects at the three big KSB sites in Germany raised the shareholders' interest.
In voting on the items of the agenda, the shareholders approved all recommendations of the Board. The agenda also comprised nominations for members of the Supervisory Board, including 4 reelections and one new election.
